Key Actions

We executed a structured, phased engagement combining experiential workshops with embedded coaching to drive sustainable change.

Conducted workshops for 50 teams to align on transformation outcomes, Agile mindset, self-organization, collaboration, and facilitative leadership.

Provided hands-on coaching for 50 teams through active participation in planning, reviews, retrospectives, problem-solving sessions, and team-level and 1:1 coaching.

Enabled a sustenance phase with on-demand coaching support and development of internal Agile champions.

Reinforced periodic self-assessments, mindset shifts, and continuous improvement practices to internalize agile ways of working.
