He is certified as Associate Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation. He is pursuing Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centric Coaching Certification and has completed the necessary training and mentoring modules.

As a software delivery coach, helps programs and product areas to become customer-centric and improve operational E2E processes & metrics. Guides middle management in orchestrating the flow and removing systemic waste. He has been engaging with multiple organizations for delivery transformation and capability enhancement through training, coaching and consulting engagements. Prior to joining PM Power, he has had a wide range of experience in software delivery and process improvement for in-house IT functions, IT service provider organizations and start-ups. His career spans over 30 years in India and Australia.
