I am responsible for the offshore advisory practice and provide business focus to PM Power’s various practices. I actively help some product start-ups to establish distributed development practices and build competence centres in India.

I started my career as a software development engineer at Tata Burroughs Limited in 1979 and was responsible for open systems business execution when I left the company in 1994. During my tenure at TBL, I handled many technical, managerial and business responsibilities. Having set up the Open Systems Centre in Bangalore, I was responsible for some large offshore product support programs for Unisys.

I then founded a software product start-up in 1994 and continue to run the company with two very successful product divisions in diverse areas such as networked storage and private equity management. Along with this, Global Automation – as it is known today – provides custom software development services to its customers.

I enjoy sports- only the sports and not the politics around it, I am a practitioner of Yoga for personal development, I also enjoy building software delivery teams with high technical depth, creating innovative operational models and mentoring entrepreneurs and helping them give shape to their dreams.
