My Finco is a large successful company that has been using technology to run its business for over 4 decades now.
Yeddy is a Scrum Master with a team which has some people who have specialized in the systems that are running for years on the mainframe, a set of team members who over the last 8 – 10 years have become the plumbers with the data warehouse. Finally, the team has now added a few data scientists who are trying to build AI algorithms to predict and recommend actions before it’s too late.
These three sets of people have very different skills. In a given sprint, Yeddy finds that the team’s velocity is not predictable because of this diversity (cross skilling is a nice idea but not practical for a couple of more years). What would you do if you are Yeddy?

Nice, Zafar! Every generation goes through the learning curves of cultural adaptation. Now it starts even in college days as many young people go abroad for higher studies and each classroom is a cultural melting pot!
Some of these incidents are very close to all of us. We have either ignored, got embarrassed or forgiven but definitely learnt through those events
