In her previous jobs, Prasanna Moses has played a variety of roles in the area of Software Engineering, Process, Quality and Training. Her chief role has been that of architecting Quality Management Systems in different organizations and ensuring continuous improvement in the organization using the systems.
Business Excellence, Organizational Business Process Improvement and Change Management, Competency Building are some key areas of expertise.
Being in the industry since 1990, she has several years of global experience in process implementation and change management programs, leading multiple development centers in USA and UK to CMMI levels 3, 4 and 5. She headed the global SEPG, in a large multinational, which consisted of practitioners and process engineers from several countries.
She helped in designing, improving and implementation of engineering, management and operational practices in large systems integration, development and maintenance projects across North America, United Kingdom, Continental Europe and Latin America. She was also the Six sigma Champion in a large IT Services company. She is a trained CMMI Assessor and a Qualified Lead Auditor of ISO9001-2000 .
Her other interests include painting clay pots, reading books, watching movies, gardening and teaching skills to women in underprivileged sections of society.
